Mr. Walter Lok, Chef de Cuisine of PIER1929
Since 1992, Walter has been working as a professional chef.
He started his career at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and has worked as Head Chef for Hong Kong Football Club, Sous Chef at Le Marende Hotel, Executive Chef at Pierre Restaurant, and Chef at Michelin one-star restaurants Le Marmite and
St. George. Now, as the head chef of PIER1929, he uses his skills and experience to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
